  • Will I need a skin test?
    A patch test is required for all clients! If it has been more than 6 months since your last hair colour application, whether it was done with us or at another salon, you must come in for a skin test at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled colour appointment. We understand that scheduling a skin test might be inconvenient, but your health and well-being are our top priority. While rare, reactions to hair colour can occur, and we aim to make the process as efficient as possible for you. Rest assured, we'll have you in and out in no time!   • What happens if I am running late for my appointment?
    If you anticipate being late, kindly inform us at your earliest convenience. While we strive to accommodate your appointment, delays beyond 10 minutes may make it challenging for the stylist to complete the entire service without affecting subsequent appointments. In such cases, we may need to adjust or shorten your service or explore alternative suitable time slots to accommodate you.
  • Do you take a deposit when an appointment is booked?
    We do take a 50% deposit for colour services and Keratin treatments at time of booking. This is not a reflection on your loyalty, it is simply a salon policy that we have had to implement due to the rise in cancellations. Rest assured you are not paying anything extra; you are simply paying a portion of your service, which means you get to split your bill and you’ll pay the remainder in salon on the day of your appointment.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Nude has a 48-hour cancellation policy. We kindly ask for a 48-hour notice for appointment cancellations. If less notice is provided, a 50% charge will apply. Rest assured, we'll send you a text reminder 48 hours before your appointment, giving you ample time to reschedule if needed and avoid any charges.
  • Is there parking available?

  • What brands do you use?
    Nude prides itself on using non-toxic, sustainable hair products that are not only highly beneficial and kind to your hair but also the environment. Nude has partnered with two organic active ingredient based brands, Oway and Evo. For further information please refer to our Products section. Both Oway and Evo products are available to purchase in store.
